ASSIGNMENTS:
Over 4300 appraisal reports for residential, condominiums, manufactured homes, building sites and multi-family properties, which include 2-119 unit apartments and rooming houses. Narrative reports include proposed residential plats (both lots and houses), proposed condominium projects, office, retail, industrial and other income producing properties. Reports have been in the following counties: King, Snohomish, Island, Skagit and Kitsap. I appraised the 2nd highest residential listing ($40 million) in the Puget Sound.
STATE CERTIFICATION:
I am a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. # 1100850. Issue Date is 5-31-91. Expiration Date is 4-30-09.
