Campos Buyer Agency
- Marcos (Marc) Campos is a real estate broker individually licensed in the state of Washington as Campos Buyer Agency.
- I provide exclusive buyer agency and never take listings.
- Campos Buyer Agency is a broker member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS).
- The service I provide is helping people buy a house in the greater Seattle-Bellevue-Everett market.
- I help you find a house by any means we can think of: A) NWMLS searches on our computers which usually shows house details including picutres, B) your driving through the neighborhood and seeing a house listed either through the NWMLS or for sale by owner, or C) just making an offer on a house you want. As a professional real estate appraiser I can provide you with consulting and opinions of value for the house you are thinking of buying. (Note: This type of value opinion is not to be used to get a loan on the property. An unbiased third party appraiser will have to do the appraisal for the bank loan.)
- Compensation for my company is built into the sales price and paid for by the seller when you buy a house listed through the NWMLS. For houses not listed through the NWMLS you will have to pay my fee at closing which will typically be 3% of the sales price.
- Before I can help you find a home you have to get preapproved for a home loan. This is a step beyond being prequalified for a loan. Once preapproved we all know what price range to look in. Being preapproved tells the seller you are making a serious offer on their home and they are more likely to accept your offer.
- 95+% of our time is spent completing real estate appraisals and consulting work. I am not a typical real estate sales person.
